6. Marlene and Nicolette always had our back. They protected us from being taken advantage of by buyers/ buyers agents, especially in this buyers market. We saw this first hand when a buyer's agent tried to low ball us. We watched in awe as Marlene set this agent straight! We walked away saying " Whoa, how did she do that?" Amazing!
7. This is the BIG one! Marlene & Nicolette sold our house in 6 weeks with multiple offers and above asking price!!! They were able to sell our house in this TERRIBLE market and get us to where we needed to be in time for our son to start school. These ladies pulled off the impossible!
